In a remote corner of the Davis Mountains to the west of Fort Davis is Bloys Camp, a collection of cabins and other buildings that are only used for a few days out of each year. Beginning in 1890, Reverend William Bloys established an annual event called Bloys Camp Meeting, a multi-denominational gathering that is continuing today.
